Buckingham Palace

On Tuesday, the girls and I did a little sightseeing. The 1st thing they wanted to see was Buckingham Palace. Since they don't open the palace up for viewing until the end of July, I decided to take them to see the changing of the guard, right in front of the palace. I wasn't sure if it would be a little boring for them, but surprisingly, they were fascinated by the whole thing. I couldn't pull them away. The only problem was that it got so unbelievably crowded that we had to leave our spots with a great view to get away from the crowd. But the ceremony was almost over by the time we left. We then strolled through St. James Park, where the girls played and stopped for a super-yummy lunch at Inn the Park. The food was really good and the setting was perfect.
